"The Change"

Feeling blue today as I have on many occasions before.  I know now that there is nothing wrong with me..... Even though at times I feel crazy.....It's just part of the "change"  Battling against one's hormones can be tiring.  Seek help and knowledge from all possible avenues.  And ....... doctors don't know everything.  Check out this article that I found to day.  And remember as Scarlet says "After all there's always tomorrow!

Chronic Muscle Pain and Tension

I've always had back trouble and tension.  But it has escalated in the last few years.  I already take anti-anxiety/depression medicine and I have muscle relaxers for when I need them.  However, I am on a quest to also deal with this problem naturally with a sort of mind over matter approach.  Maybe you would like to join me on this journey.

Aged Paper Project

Working on aging some paper to make some old looking Alice in Wonderland "Drink Me!" and "Eat Me" Tags.  So far, so good.  I soaked  a little higher quality copy paper in tea and then dried them in the oven.  Oops!  I left some in the oven a little longer than others.......Hmmm?  what's that smell?  Oh,..............burning paper......No, I didn't burnt the house down!!!  But I liked the darker effect. 
Tomorrow I might try to add some walnut ink on the edges or maybe speckle them with a toothbrush.  Trial and error, we'll see.  Stay tuned for pics!
